Goal
When using traditional page caching, you can create a backup of your ContentServer environment, while excluding the SystemPageCache folder.
Pro: This could save a lot of time during the backup process, if you have a lot of cached page content.
Con: This would mean that the ContentServer backup does not have any System page cache, so the cache would need to be regenerated
