Symptoms

We see a -618 error on the source and the following error in the destination futuretense.txt logs during a Realtime publish:

"[CS.DB][ERROR] Exception setting binary data for table FW_MsgBus and column payload
java.io.IOException: No such file or directory
at java.io.UnixFileSystem.createFileExclusively(Native Method)
at java.io.File.checkAndCreate(File.java:1345)
..."
