Symptoms
Intermittently the following error is encountered in Recognition Server when attempting to read a barcode.
***Error*** Failed to recognize bar codes from batch page: X:\Batches\001\00000KQJ\00000KQJ.40. Error Number: 16389, Error: Method '~' of object '~' failed
or
***Error*** Failed to recognize bar codes from batch page: X:\Batches\001\00000LGF\00000LGF.15. Error Number: 52, Error: Can not open image file (p1)
Later on in the batch the following error is returned when attempting to commit:
***Error*** Failed to commit document. Error Number: 30020, Error: The following error occurred while attempting to delete the specified page after commit:
The following error occurred deleting the image file:
Error Number: 70
Error Description: Permission denied[X:\Batches\001\00000KQJ\00000KQJ.40]
