Insufficient Privileges error after login to WebCenter Content installed on IBM WebSphere V7.0 (Doc ID 1438155.1)

After Installing WebCenter Content on Websphere Application server ,  first time login shows the below mentioned error
"Content Server Request Failed
User '<Admin user>' does not have sufficient privileges"


New installation of WebCenter Content PS5(formerly Universal Content Management) on WebSphere V7.0
