Information in this document applies to any platform.
All the applications integrated with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) for Single Sign-On (SSO) are not accessible. Access either hangs the browser or generates error HTTP-500 Internal Server Error.
This affects a Production site where all services were previously running and accessible without errors. The problem has only started occurring suddenly, it was not occurring before.
