Goal

When sending out an E-Mail with unicode (double-byte) characters via a template using the <form> tag and <ics:sendmail> tag, recipients are unable to read the content as they are displaying odd characters such as blocks and upside down question marks.

What can be done to ensure E-Mails are delivered with the correct unicode characters?
