Symptoms
If Tuxedo SNMP Windows Service was created with "s" option by a command like:
instsrv snmpServiceName "Tuxedo_installation_directory\bin\tux_snmpd.exe -s -p PortNumber"
While starting SNMP Windows services (in MS-DOS prompt by command: net start snmpServiceName) with error
The snmpServiceName service is starting.
The snmpServiceName service could not be started
A system error has occurred.
System error 1067 has occurred.
The process terminated unexpectedly.
