Cannot Work In Two Sessions Simultaneously After ApEx 4.1 Upgrade (Doc ID 1442474.1)

Unable to work in two sessions simultaneously after ApEx 4.1 upgrade.

After the 4.1 upgrade, every time you log into Apex again using a second browser window or tab and go back to the Apex session in the first browser window or tab , you are prompted to login again.
Cannot keep more than one session open, for instance, one window to see the database structure and the other for development.

The issue did not reproduce in ApEx version 4.0.
