ZipRenditionManagement Component not Working to Link to Static Renditions (Doc ID 1444009.1)

Last updated on APRIL 10, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 10.1.3.5.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using DAM to link to certain image renditions statically by adding the configuration parameter: RenditionListExportedForStaticAccess=intranet* to the Content server's config.cfg file;

The URL built would look like:
http:<instance>/groups/intranet/documents/web_assets/~extract/S_076613~1~staticrendition/intranet-content.jpg

This was working but after the list of components below were updated, the image extraction is no longer happening.

Images are checking in, IBR is handling them fine, renditions are created and viewable from the renditions tab, the .zip file is sitting in the web_assets folder - but the export from the .zip file on the system is not going into the ~export folder.

The following components were updated from  CS10gR35CoreUpdate Version:10.1.3.5.1 (111229) (Build:7.2.4.105) . No .zip files have successfully extracted statically after that time.

These components were updated:
