Instances that are unvailable to all but one participant in a role sometimes occurs. This usually happens when there is an error of some kind, like the instance being over the max size or when a user clicks the X to close a jsp page

The only solution is to have the person that locked it log in, open the instance and save it properly. Is there a way to unlock it administratively?
