Symptoms

1. Credential store was re-asocciated to OID 11g 11.1.1.3.0 release.
2. Main issue is generated by JDK release use:
a. Issue is not present using JDK SR7 specific for AIX 6:
IBM J9 VM (build 2.4, JRE 1.6.0 IBM J9 AIX ppc64-64 jvmap6460sr7fix-2000727_62129 (JIT enabled, AOT enabled)
b. Issue is present using JDK SR9 specific for AIX 6:
IBM J9 VM (build 2.4, JRE 1.6.0 IBM J9 AIX ppc64-64 jvmap6460sr9-20110203_74623 (JIT enabled, AOT enabled)
