"OAM-00002 Error occurred while handling the request" Error In OAM11g Logs After Fresh Install (Doc ID 1446957.1)

On an environment where OAM 11g was just fresh-installed, and no Webgate installed/configured yet, it was noticed that following error-sequence appears frequently in the OAM log (wls_oam1-diagnsotic.log):

[2012-03-23T10:55:09.509+00:00] [wls_oam1] [ERROR] [OAM-00002] [oracle.oam.binding] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: <anonymous>] [ecid: a625cad96761f60d:-5d701e2f:1363f2108f8:-8000-000000000000072b,0] [APP: oam_server] Error occurred while handling the request.[[

Same time, the login to OAM console works just fine.
Also no other unexpected behavior was noticed in the OAM environment.

The purpose of this article is to explain a possible reason of this error-sequence, as noticed by Oracle Support.
