Symptoms

After entering the IPM username and password information from JDE, the following error appears in the browser:

Web Client Exception
An exception has been caught by the web client.  Please contact your system administrator.  See Log for details.  There was a problem with the server while running the business function COPTK_LoginToAcorde.  Please exit the application and restart it.

The same user account is able to login successfully to the IPM web client.

When running the SOAP trace on 8080, the webservice calls appear and the user is being logged into IPM; however, it is after the registering of the Alias where the webservice calls stop and the business function ultimately crashes. Also the LOBLog does not show login information.
