Symptoms


Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 10.1.4.3 Language Pack installation has not worked.

The OAM e.g. Spanish Language Pack has been installed installed, but the OAM Identity System administration pages at /identity/oblix are still displayed in English.

The default language of the browser is the chosen language e.g. Spanish.
