MQ Adapter Exception When Server Is Restarted: javax.transaction.xa.XAException: XA operation failed (Doc ID 1447699.1)

Symptoms

A composite named MQ_Composite use an XA inbound MQ Adapter.
When the SOA Server is restarted the following error is generated (soa_server1.out):

The exception does not have a negative impact on the environment or on the deployed composite.
The messages are processed without any issues.
