User's With "Create" List Permission Cannot Edit Or Delete Their Own List (Doc ID 1447936.1)

The user who has the privilege to create a list can not delete his own List.

Steps to reproduce:--

1. Created a group space <GROUP_SPACE_NAME>"

2. Created a role "<ROLE_NAME>" with permission – Checked “create lists"

3. Assign "xyz" user to role “<ROLE_NAME>”

4. Login as "xyz" , and able to create a list TESTLIST but can’t delete this list.
