How to Direct Both Internet and Intranet Request to Intranet Apex Server (Doc ID 1448896.1)

The goal here is to allow both the internet user and intranet user to be able to access the apex sever as below.

http://frontendhost/apex

to act as a reverse proxy to

http://backendhost/apex

Make sure the intranet user can access http://backendhost/apex directly before proceeding the with below solution
