Unable to authenticate from on a Windows 7 client when using OAM 11g and WNA (Doc ID 1448947.1)

Symptoms

Authentication cannot be achieved when using OAM 11g and WNA from a Windows 7 client. Followed note - OAM 11g WNA Step by Step Setup Guide [ID 1416860.1] - Not able to access the APEX application. A Windows XP client can authenticate successful.
