Last updated on AUGUST 06, 2012

Applies to:

Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition - Version 11.1.1.5.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Purpose

The criteria "clientipaddress" and "clientipaddressmask" are of the same type and needs to be connected through an OR not through an AND.

So instead of:

Criteria: clientipaddress = 1.2.3.4 OR clientipaddress = 2.3.4.5 OR
clientipaddress = 3.4.5.6 ; AND clientipaddressmask = 10.0.0.0 / 255.0.0.0 OR
clientipaddressmask = 192.168.132.5 / 255.255.255.0 ; ...

it should be:

Criteria: clientipaddress = 1.2.3.4 OR clientipaddress = 2.3.4.5 OR
clientipaddress = 3.4.5.6 ; OR clientipaddressmask = 10.0.0.0 / 255.0.0.0 OR
clientipaddressmask = 192.168.132.5 / 255.255.255.0 ; ...
