'BEA-16019 : Unable to load descriptor' When deploying a J2EE Application (Doc ID 1449636.1)

When deploying a Web application into 10.3.5 Weblogic server,
it fails with the following error :

/app/WLS/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/TEST_UAT/servers/AdminServer/tmp/.appmergegen_1334145377042_testdim.ear/testdim.war/WEB-INF/web.xml of module testdim.war.
The error is weblogic.descriptor.DescriptorException: VALIDATION PROBLEMS WERE FOUND
problem: cvc-complex-type.2.4a: Expected elements '
description@ display-name@
instead of 'init-param@'
here in element web-app@<null>
