Symptoms
When committing documents from WebCenter Capture or WebCenter Distributed Capture (formerly Oracle Distributed Document Capture) directly to IPM 11g, if the metadata has an accent in is like á ú ó etc the images are not found in IPM or may show up with "?" characters in place of the accent characters - although the Capture Commit logs do not indicate any error committing the batch.
