Special Characters Containing Accents (e.g. á ú ó) Do not Appear After Committing to IPM 11g (Doc ID 1449711.1)

Symptoms

When committing documents from WebCenter Capture (formerly Oracle Document Capture) or WebCenter Distributed Capture (formerly Oracle Distributed Document Capture) directly to IPM 11g, if the metadata has an accent in is like á ú ó etc the images are not found in IPM or may show up with "?" characters in place of the accent characters - although the Capture Commit logs do not indicate any error committing the batch.

Changed product name from Oracle Document Capture to WebCenter Capture and Oracle Distributed Document Capture to WebCenter Distributed Capture. Refer to Product Name Changes for WebCenter and Former ECM products (<Document 1364544.1>) for more information.
