Users Click On The Logon Banner To Reset Their Password And Nothing Occurs (Doc ID 1450094.1)

Users click the password reset link at the logon screen, but nothing happens.

Running the the following command:   Program files\V-Go SSPR Client\Windowsinterface.exe /enroll fails to load an enrollment dialog.

If the value from HKLM\Software\Passlogix\SSPR\WIndowsInterface\statusurl is copied into an Internet Explorer browser window, the page displays but there are certificate errors.
