Goal
Possible issue when setting up OAM in HA
e.g
Setting up 2 IDM environments installed on the same VM but they keep overwriting the files of each other and we can't start them at the same time. Both environments are writing file locks to the /tmp folder. The most annoying issue is that oam-config.xml keep being overwritten from one environment to the another and causing a lot of connections issue with the SSO agent.
