Symptoms

You migrate WCC from 10gR3 to 11.1.1.5. After booting 11g server, the following message is displayed at the top of every UCM browser page:

  RevClass upgrade has been skipped due to a large number of records to be processed. Please set DoRevClassUpgrade=1 as the config entry to do the upgrade at next startup.
