When installing the latest IPM/AXF cumulative patch, the "Part 2: Domain Update" section of the Readme contains instructions on running the upgrade_viewer_cache.py script.  The first step lists the following:

1. This step must performed only once, but because each patch is cumulative, the steps are included here. Skip this section if you have previously performed this step.
