OSB-WTC - No Exception Propagated To OSB When Message Encoding Fails (Doc ID 1450512.1)

Symptoms

WTC is used as an OSB transport. When the encoding of a message fails, instead of propagating the exception to OSB, an "empty" buffer is returned and sent to Tuxedo.
