Symptoms

After installing the latest idc-shiphome-generic-patch-[date] patchset on AIX conversions are failing with the following error:

taskmanager/6 04.13 22:51:23.913 CmdLineConversion_126732_oitconverter Caused by: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "[path]/IBR/Oracle_ECM1/ucm/idc/components/ContentAccess-aix/aix/lib/contentaccess//oitconverter" (in directory "[path]/IBR/Oracle_ECM1/ucm/idc/components/ContentAccess-aix/aix/lib/contentaccess"): error=13, Permission denied
