Symptoms

Customers report being unable to start the server with the following exceptions:

  1. Install WLS 10.3.5
  2. Create domain
  3. cd to 'user_projects' and change(chmod) all directories under it to 770
  4. cd to 'user_projects' and change(chmod) all files under it to 'g+rw'
  5. cd to 'user_projects\domains\[domainname]' and run 'startWeblogic.sh'

And then the above exception comes when the user tries to start the server with a different OS user who has not created Domain or installed Weblogic.
