B2B 10g NullPointerException While Using Resubmit Utility to Resubmit a Business Message With No Corresponding Wire Message (Doc ID 1451954.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle B2B 10g there is one outbound message in error state, while trying to submit it using the resubmit utility, it fails with the following error:

"Exception while getting the messages using InstanceMessageUtility: java.lang.NullPointerException"

Here is how the message is being resubmitted:

bash-3.2$ java oracle.tip.adapter.b2b.data.ReSubmit "2011/10/03 00:00" "2011/10/04 12:00" TPA_Pip3B12ShippingOrderRequest_SP Error -direction outbound
#####################################################

And here is the the resulting log of above action being submitted:

Rsubmission with 6 argument startDate, EndDate, agreementName , Message Status, -direction [inbound|outbound]
