Symptoms

When inserting an image into any WYSIWYG using Internet Explorer 8 or 9, the image automatically inserts at the very top of the WYSIWYG, rather than at the cursor location. When using Firefox, this does not happen--the image is inserted as expected at the cursor location.

Changes

 Upgrade/Use Internet Explorer 8 or greater.
