How to Delete the Cache of a WebLogic Server Managed Server and Force it to get Configuration Data from the Administration Server (Doc ID 1452448.1)

Goal

Changes made via the WebLogic Server Administration Console are not being reflected in the start-up of Managed Servers. For example, the Node Manager start-up memory arguments have been changed however when Node Manager starts Managed Servers the previous values are still used.
