WLST Command "createCred" Returns Syntax Error when Attempting to Create a Client CSF (Doc ID 1452811.1)

Symptoms

 

When setting up web services in WebCenter Content 11g, a section in the WebCenter Content Developer's Guide for Content Server provides steps for creating a client credential store framework (CSF).  The section in the guide is titled "Configuring WebCenter Content Web Services for Integration"

When running wlst to execute the createCred command, which will create a cwallet.sso file, the following error may occur.
