Tuxedo TMSYSEVT Server Process Start Up Fails With CMDTUX_CAT:4790 Message (Doc ID 1453106.1)

Symptoms

 When specify -f option, in the Tuxedo ubb configuration file SERVERS section, for a Tuxedo TMSYSEVT server the TMSYSEVT start up fails with CMDTUX_CAT:4790

    TMSYSEVT    SRVGRP=sysgrp SRVID=10 CLOPT="-A -- -f /tmp/tmsysevt.dat"
