"You do not have permission to view the attachment" is Shown in Workspace when Trying to Open a New Attachment of a Human Task (Doc ID 1453480.1)

Symptoms


After adding a new attachment into a process instance Human Task and, before saving the task, you try to open the attachment the following message is shown in a new page:

"You do not have permission to view the attachment"



Also, the following error message is shown in SOA Server WLS Log:

<Dec 7, 2011 2:31:35 PM UTC> <Error> <oracle.soa.services.workflow.worklist>
<BEA-000000> <<oracle.bpel.services.workflow.worklist.servlet.ADFAttachmentHelper.getTaskAttachment>
 Could not get stream for task attachment: file_name.ext>


 
However, after you save the task, the attachment can be opened successfuly.
