Symptoms
Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) and Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) 11g.
Viewing the tab Data Browser - > Adapter Browsers, each adapter shows with the same name.
In other words, if an LDAP Adapter is configured to connect to more than one LDAP server, the "Adapter Browser" view in the Data Browser menu shows duplicate entries for this LDAP adapter.
Expanding the duplicate Adapter entry doubles the entries under the first Adapter view.
New added Adapters are not visible in the "Adapter Browser" view.
