Scrollbar Missing When Using Internet Explorer (IE7) and Trays View (Doc ID 1453755.1)

Symptoms

When using Internet Explorer 7 browser, and the Trays view option in WCC, the horizontal scrollbar on the bottom of the screen is missing on several pages. When using "Top" view, the scrollbar is viewable.

Other version of IE, and other browsers, are not affected.
