MS Word Document Fails PDF Conversion (Doc ID 1453829.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.1.3.5.0 version, Conversion

When attempting to convert a particular Microsoft Word file to PDF using OutsideIn conversion, conversion fails and
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
 dConvMessage = Step OIXConverter forced conversion failure by conversion engine because of error: 'Step was timed out by Inbound Refinery.'.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Content Server and Inbound Refinery to use OutsideIn to convert Microsoft Word Documents
2. Check in problematic document (in this case complex document with 33 pages)
3. Document fails with error
