Goal

Company policy prohibits the use of Repository Creation Utility (RCU), the supported method, to create the database user and schema for WCC 11g, the database user and schema can be created manually by the DBA.

Note: This method is similar to how users and schemas could be created version 10g of WebCenter Content (known then as Universal Content Management in version 10g).
