Handling the '&' Character in a Human Taskflow Actionable Email By Using CDATA

You have a Human Workflow Task email where the subject line contains an unescaped '&' character.
By not escaping the character you find that the body of the email, and subsequently the NID actionable properties like Approve / Reject etc are ommitted from the email.
