Link to Document in Blogs Is Not Created (Doc ID 1454592.1)

Symptoms

Using the E20 Producer with Pagelets the following behavior occurs when creating or editing a post:

1. Create New Post
2. Give a title and type some text
3. Click on "New Resource" (clip icon)
4. Click onto the 'Document'
5. Choose a file and upload it
   You would expect a link inside the RTE with the link to the document
   -> this is called inline link - but is does NOT show any link
    
6. Click on the "Select Resource" to select from an existing resource
   -> You would expect a link inside the RTE with the link to the document
      Still no link is seen within the RTE.
