WebLogic On Exalogic Has Problem Maintaining A Connection With A Remote Tuxedo Domain Using WTC (Doc ID 1454733.1)

Symptoms

Connections between WebLogic Tuxedo Connector (WTC) on Exalogic and Tuxedo running on a remote AIX box do not not stay connected.  The WTC domain is configured for ON_STARTUP (with retry) and the Tuxedo domain is configured for INCOMING_ONLY. 

The following errors keep appearing in the Tuxedo ULOG file:
