Goal
The goal is to show the method to start the 32-bit Java Control Panel on a 64-bit Windows system which has both 32-bit and 64-bit JREs.
If both 32-bit and 64-bit JREs are installed on 64-bit Windows, the Windows Control Panel shows only the 64-bit Java Control Panel. 32-bit browsers use 32-bit Java plugins, thus there needs a way to run the 32-bit Java Control Panel.
