Symptoms

After applying <Patch 12977125> for WebCenter Capture 10.1351 (Cumulative Patch 3), the following error is encountered when connecting to the mail server using the Import Server Email Provider through SSL:

for IMAP SSL

ErrNum: 13 ErrDesc: An error occurred during a socket operation. Context[IMAPCONNECT]

for POP3 SSL

ErrNum: 32 ErrDesc: A socket error has occurred. Context[POP3CONNECT]
