Symptoms

JDeveloper 11.1.1.6.0 IDE with the WebCenter extension hangs when trying to customize a task flow.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Install JDeveloper 11.1.1.6 Studio Edition.
  2. Install the WebCenter Framework Extensions from Update.
  3. Create a new WebCenter framework project and enable site customizations.
  4. Switch to Customization Role.
  5. Attempt to customize a built-in TaskFlow such as Blog Digest View.

 As a result the IDE hangs.
