Unable To Access Dash User Interface (Doc ID 1455172.1)

Symptoms

In WebCenter Sites 7 the Dash button in the FatWire Content Server Advanced UI is disabled and the tool tip says "Dash is unavailable in this installation."

In WebCenter Sites 7 or later, the URL http://<host>:<port>/<context>/login doesn't exist; it returns a 404 error.
