JOC Synchronization Failure Happened in Application Server System (Doc ID 1455261.1)

Java Object Cache JOC is configured to work with OAS 10.1.2.x OC4J instances. Sometimes JOC synchronization failure happened in iAS 10.1.3 system.

The issue is similar to the one resolved in iAS 10.1.3 by one of the internal bugs.

Is it possible to apply the patch available for 10.1.3.x to solve this issue ?
