ESSO-LM Will Not Respond To Web Pages Unless User Manually Adds Credentials Using Logon Manager 'Add' (Doc ID 1455480.1)

Symptoms

In ESSO-LM 11.1.1.5.2, the agent does not automatically respond to applications until the user manually creates a credential in the wallet using the "Add" feature in the Logon Manager GUI. Users are unable to create credentials on-the-fly when accessing the application directly.

The credential fields are not highlighted as they were in the previous version.
