OSB HTTP-Based Service Makes Duplicate Calls To External Webservice When ExaLogic Optimizations Are Enabled (Doc ID 1455646.1)

In OSB there is an OSB HTTP-based service that invokes a SOA composite exposed as a Webservice. When deployed on an Exalogic machine with "Exalogic optimizations" enabled in the WLS console, the OSB service invokes the SOA composite twice, not once like it should. In non-Exalogic environment, the service is invoked only once. Alternatively, if Exalogic optimizations are disabled in the Exalogic environment, the invoke is also made just once.
