Connecting To Forms 11g Gives FRM-93370 Error (Doc ID 1455652.1)

Symptoms

1. After creating a user and then programmatically creating a Resource Access Descriptor (RAD) for the user (using DBMS_LDAP packages), the user gets error message after authentication:

FRM-93370: error reading the Resouce Access Descriptor for update

 

2. The following errors are seen in oid logs:

3. Logging into SSO may report:  Oracle SSO Failure - Unable to process request

4. It could be that Default RADS are  NOT working but individual RADs are working.
