Composite will not Work Correctly after Restart in the Enterprise Manager Console (Doc ID 1455746.1)

Symptoms

A composite will not work correctly after restarting it from the EM console.
  The composite works fine just after deployed to soa server. But if stopped from EM and restarted it will throw an exception just like:
